Taku wa moe


Children should have 10 to 12 hours sleep.
Sleep is important because you produce the me-meres for the day.

  1. Morena Rocky. Looking at your graph you get 10 hours of sleep a day. Do you find that you wake up during the night or do you sleep through till the morning? Just an idea, next time maybe you could use a different font. I found it a little hard to read.
